Petroit provides brand, marketing, design, software development, AI, cloud and automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work.
3. Proposals and payment
Fees, payment schedules and invoicing terms are defined in each statement of work. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within [X] days of issue.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, feedback, content and approvals needed to deliver the work, and to ensure that materials you provide do not infringe the rights of others.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, know-how and general methods, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement. We are happy to sign a separate NDA on request.
7. Third-party platforms
Our work may rely on third-party services such as hosting, ad platforms or app stores. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or policy changes.
8. Warranties and liability
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in its statement of work. You pay for work completed up to the termination date.
